Durehete Mill Products

Durehete is supplied in three mill-product forms: Q+T forged round bar (the dominant form for fastener manufacture), cold-drawn wire (for smaller-diameter fastener and spring applications), and closed-die forgings (for stud bolts and bespoke fastener geometry beyond the bar size range).

Round Bar

Q+T forged round bar to EN 10269, 12–250 mm dia range. Standard heat-treat lot sizes; full creep-rupture data on lot certificate.

Wire

Cold-drawn wire from Q+T billet, diameters 3–20 mm. EN 10269 mechanical envelope retained after cold draw.

Forging

Closed-die and open-die forgings to customer drawing, weight range 0.5–50 kg per piece.
